Terms of purchase (Mail Order and Online Store only)

Postage rates and (approximate) delivery times:

UK Standard: £3.50 (2-5 working days but please allow up to 14 days)

UK Express delivery: £8.00 (1-2 working days for orders placed Monday to Thursday only. Orders must be received by 14:00)

It is our policy to despatch items in the shortest possible time. We cannot, however, be responsible for goods in transit. In certain cases, UK delivery may exceed 14 days, but would normally be within 3 working days (weekends excepted).

Postage and packaging rates are per order. We will notify you within 72 hours, either by email, telephone or by post (so it is important to provide details where you can be contacted between 10 AM and 6 PM Mon-Fri), of any items not in stock at the time of your order. Any back-ordered items will be despatched as soon as possible and no extra carriage will be charged on that or subsequent part shipments.

Stock availability

Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or we may sell out due to unpredicted demand. If an item is unavailable at time of despatch, we will contact you within 48 hours to notify you of the delay or suggest an alternative item of similar value and quality. Alternatively, we will place the out-of-stock item on back order and will forward it on a separate delivery. If the item has been discontinued, we try to offer an alternative item wherever possible.

Exchanges and refunds

If an exchange or refund is required, please return the items in their original packing, stating the reason for return and the action you would like us to take. It is strongly recommended that the parcel(s) be returned by recorded/special delivery to Runners Need, 200 Pentonville Road, London N1 9JP.

PLEASE NOTE all items must be returned in an unused/unworn condition. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of return postage or the original charge for P&P on non-faulty items.

Runners Need will guarantee to refund or exchange any faulty goods due to faulty workmanship.

Reproduction

The product colours illustrated are as accurate as printing and reproduction processes will allow. Runners Need Ltd reserves the right to alter, without prior notice, designs or prices of products and conditions of supply.
