Runners Need has teamed up with DLR to encourage runners of all standards to pick up their trainers and venture out for a lunchtime run – a great way to exercise during daylight hours. The routes as part of Discover Lunchtime Runs are available on the DLR website. These will allow you to go even further during your break, by using the DLR to get you to or back from your route. We've put together nine routes from 2.5 miles to 6.3 miles that cater to most runners. These will take between 15 minutes and 45 minutes to complete depending on pace, with the option of shortening some of the longer routes.
